Parents Day Picnic to Raise Money for Orphans and the Aged

Dear Mr. President,

My name is Kay who is belong to your company.
I wrote this letter for nothing else but to request you something. Recently, financial affairs of our company was rose dramatically and going up continuously. In my opinion, we'd better share our joy with the poor. There are two ways that I already thought.

First, helping the orphan. What do you think about inviting them to the our company's amusement park? If our company's employee prepare some food and enjoy in the park with them, they could be happy. In a word, It means that being their parents for a day.
Second thing is visiting the seniors who lives alone. I suggest that talking with them, cleaning their house and taking them shower. Also, It means that being their grandson and their friend for a day. I think that this is really good plan for our society.

As you know, we need ample funds to carry out a plan. And we can't do anything without your permission. Could you do me a favor? I really want you to permit about this plan.
