My Ancestors-by Rangel

Well, I'm going to start by talking about my grandmother Teresa and my grandfather Moises, in particular, I am going to talk about my mother's parents.

Although they were Italian, they met each other in Brazil. My grandfather used to work selling vegetables in Sao Paulo's downtown market, and, one day, when he had just finished his workday, he saw my grandmother, she was buying some things in a store. Then, he decided to go up and talk to her. After that day, they became friends, and every day my grandfather complimented my grandmother, because he fell in love for her and he was trying to conquer her. After some weeks, they started to see each other frequently but just like good friends.

Some months later my grandmother took my grandfather to meet her parents, and for his surprise, they liked my grandfather so much, because he was a worker and very polite guy. After that, they started to date and, few years later, they got married and my mother was born.

On the other side, my father's parents met each other in Brazil too, but this, was after my grandmother Lucia arrive in Brazil, because she came from Portugal when she was 14 years old.

My grandfather, Antonio, was Brazillian, and he worked in the train station, my grandmother was a housekeeper, and lived with her parents.

One day, like magic, my grandfather Antonio had just finished his lunch at the train station, when he saw my grandmother walking in the sidewalk, then, he thought himself''I need to talk with this woman'', after this day, my grandfather decided to have lunch at the same place everyday just to see my grandmother. One day he got courage and decided go up to talk to her, for his surprise she was very polite and he decided talk to her everyday, because he was in love for her and didn'take so long and they started to live together, and, the end of this story you already know, my father was born.

Some years later, my father grew up and my mother too, and the destiny put then to live in the same town.

One day, my father had just arrived from work when he saw my mother, she was at the bus stop waiting for the bus and, after that, my dad looked for my mother every day, but he didn't find her.

Some months later, on the weekend, my father had just woken up and, when he was going to the bakery, he saw my mother, again, but that time was diferent, he talked to my mother.

My dad worked in a big company, and my mother too, then they became friends, because they enjoyed to talk each other, some weeks later, they started to go out together, because my mother's parentes loved my dad.

Some years later, about 2 years, they got married and bought a house together then, one year later I was born.
