Charity Event for Sick Children

To Whom It May Concern
To Our Generous New Future Donors

We are planning to have a flea market as a charity event for sick kids. These days, many children are suffering from illnesses. They need our help. All the benefits from this flea market will be used to help the many sick kids in Toronto. Also, we believe that many sick children will be able to receive proper treatment because of the money raised during this event. Moreover, we hope many people will come to know about our event.
We would really appreciateit if you consider our requests. First of all, we need enough space to open the market. Is it possible to use Queen's Park as a market place? After the event, we will clean the place ourselves. Furthermore, I know that this is a lot to ask, but could you find some companies that can donate foods and clothes for our event? We don't have enough funds, it is very important for us. There is one more thing. We need about 30 volunteers who can participate in running the market selling foods and clothes.
Don't let your opportunity to help children go by. We'll do whatever you need us to help children another plan except our plan which help children. We have to get the most out of this flea market becuase it means that we can ensure helping children.
We must help these children. As we told you, we are hoping to count on your help.
Please consider our request for help.
